The bed at this hotel was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were also helpful and pleasant, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. the location of the hotel was a major advantage, being conveniently situated near a shopping mall and train station, making it easy to explore the area.
There were a few minor issues that detracted from the overall experience. the towel rail in the bathroom was broken, unable to hold wet towels properly.

The hotel's location in a good business area of western Sydney was so convenient for us. The cleanliness was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location. It was close to everything I needed, including two railway stations and local shops. The room was comfortable, with a wonderful shower and comfortable lounge. The breakfast offered a good assortment of choices, both hot and cold. There were also great facilities, such as free wifi and air conditioning.
I did experience some disappointment with the service at the hotel.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was very close to the station which made it easy to get to the theatre where we were attending an event. We also loved that there were local shops nearby, and the adjacent theatre was a fantastic bonus. The service was exceptional, with friendly, professional staff who were always happy to help with any request. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The in-room air conditioning was much appreciated, and the garden furniture was a lovely touch. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the paid films.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The spacious, modern, and well-equipped room ticked all the boxes for my extended business stay. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, with blackout curtains keeping the room quiet and dark. The convenient desk with ample connectivity and a dedicated outlet made working easy. The availability of washing machines and dryers on each floor was a super convenient perk. The hotel's proximity to Rooty Hill RSL provided plenty of entertainment and dining options outside the hotel. Although the hotel restaurant was on the pricier side, it didn't detract from the overall excellent stay.
